MISSION
To glorify God by developing healthy, reproducing churches.
VISION
1. HEALTHY LEADERS
Pastors and leadership teams are key to having healthy churches. We are committed to growth in character and conduct, being in
community with others, and consistently and intentionally mentoring and developing leaders.
2. HEALTHY CHURCHES
Churches that are healthy shine as hopeful alternatives in a chaotic culture. They express love in authentic and enduring
relationships, experience peace and joy even in hard times and deliver hope that is relevant and real. They are passionate about
God and committed to bringing people into a personal relationship with Christ.
3. NEW CHURCHES IN WISCONSIN

districts in other places around the world.
